The airport run is where a chauffeur service either earns its fee or does not. Flights move. Bags come late. A connection slips and suddenly the car booked for 14:00 is irrelevant.

We monitor your flight from the moment it leaves its origin. If you land forty minutes early, the chauffeur is already repositioning. If you sit on the tarmac for an hour, nobody is charging you for waiting time you did not choose.

Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, not in a distant lot. Luggage goes into the vehicle while you are still deciding whether you want to talk on the drive in.

Questions

Airport transfers, answered.

How far ahead should I book?

At least 24 hours gives you a guaranteed vehicle. Ski season, Grand Prix weekend and the week between Christmas and New Year are the exceptions — those are the only times Montréal genuinely runs out of cars, and they fill weeks out. Inside 24 hours, call 1-844-97-LIMOS rather than using the form. It is faster and you get an answer on the spot.

What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?

The booking is tied to your flight number, not to a clock. The arrival is watched and the pickup moves with it. A delay you did not cause is not billed to you, and an early landing does not mean standing at the curb waiting for a car that was told 9:40.

Is there a charge for extra luggage, skis or golf clubs?

No per-bag charge. What matters is telling us what you are carrying when you book, so the right vehicle is sent. A Yukon XL or Suburban takes a family and a week of ski equipment without anyone giving up the third row; a sedan will not, however politely the chauffeur tries.

Do you pick up at the private terminals?

Yes. Private aviation arrivals at Montréal-Trudeau and at Saint-Hubert are routine work. Give us the FBO and the arrival time and the chauffeur will be there ahead of you, which is the whole point of flying that way.

Can you handle the return to the airport as well?

Book both legs at once and the return is held. For a departure we work backwards from the flight — international check-in out of YUL wants more room than domestic — and put the traffic into the calculation rather than hoping. It is the same flat fare in either direction.

Do you drive to airports outside Montréal?

Yes. Ottawa, Québec City and the Mont-Tremblant runs are quoted as a flat fare like any other trip, with the price fixed before you book rather than discovered at the end.
