A corporate day is not a series of rides. It is one continuous arrangement, and the moment it is broken into separate bookings it starts costing time.

We hold the vehicle and the chauffeur for the whole day. Between meetings the car waits where you left it, with your bags and your coat still in it. The chauffeur has the schedule and knows the next address before you do.

For investor roadshows and multi-site days, this is the difference between arriving composed and arriving having spent the morning managing logistics.

Questions

Corporate travel, answered.

Do you handle conference and delegation transport?

Yes. We were listed for conference transportation by the Canadian College of Medical Geneticists for their Montréal meeting — organisations of that kind check an operator before they put its name in front of their members. Delegate arrivals, speaker runs and venue shuttles are all quoted as a single engagement.

Can you move a group in several vehicles at once?

Yes, and it is better done that way than by splitting a group across two bookings. Matched vehicles, one point of contact, one schedule. A board arriving on the same flight, a roadshow running three cars in sequence through a morning, a client dinner at the end of it — one confirmation covers the day.

Can you meet an executive flying in?

The booking is held against the flight number, so a delay on the tarmac in Toronto does not become a problem in Montréal. Private terminals at Trudeau and Saint-Hubert are routine. The chauffeur is inside the building, not circling.

Will we know the cost before the trip?

Yes — a fixed fare, in writing, before the booking is confirmed. That is what makes it approvable in advance and straightforward to expense afterwards. The figure does not move because of traffic, and it does not move for Grand Prix weekend either.

Are the chauffeurs bilingual, and can we work in the car?

English and French on every ride; when you are hosting a client in Montréal, the language the chauffeur opens with matters more than people outside Quebec expect. The Escalade ESV and Navigator cabins are quiet enough to take a call from the back seat, and a chauffeur who has been doing this for thirty years knows when a passenger is working and stops talking.
