- Within the hourA written confirmation with the fixed fare — taxes and service included — the vehicle assigned, and the chauffeur’s name.
- If you gave us a flight numberThe booking is tied to it from this moment. Delays and early arrivals are tracked and the pickup moves with them, at no charge.
- If anything needs changingReply to the confirmation, or call. Changes made before the day of travel cost nothing.
- On the dayThe car is there ahead of the time you gave us. You will have the chauffeur’s mobile number before then.
If you are travelling in the next few hours, call rather than wait for the email. Somebody who drives for a living answers the phone.
